Patricia–Treatment Coordinator
I’m a big baseball fan! It’s my privilege working for Dr. O’Gara who genuinely cares about each and every patient. He is truly compassionate about orthodontics. It amazes me how Dr. O’Gara remembers EVERY patient from day one! I enjoy welcoming our new patients into our family and giving them a positive, fun, and educational experience. It is satisfying to watch our patient’s confidence increase as we create beautiful healthy smiles that will last them a lifetime! I look forward to meeting you on your first visit!

Dorene–Financial/Scheduling Coordinator
I am happily married to my husband Mike and have two wonderful children Brittany and Austin. I have lived in Reno for 26 years. I am an avid runner and enjoy cooking, gardening and softball. I have been a part of the O’Gara Orthodontics team for over 11 years. It has been a pleasure working for the best orthodontist in the country….and definitely in Reno! My first introduction to Orthodontics was during high school and has captured my interest ever since. What I like most about my job is working with a team that is truly like family.

Lorri – Insurance/Scheduling Coordinator
I love the interaction between our patients, parents and their families. We have an amazing team…and we have sooo much fun! I had braces as a child, and it made such a positive difference in my life, thus the reason I have worked in Orthodontics for the past 18 years. I feel Dr. O’Gara takes great professional care of his patients, but more importantly cares for them on a personal level. I was born and raised in Olympia, WA where I met and married my high school sweetheart Ken. We are the proud parents of a WSU student Matthew. “The Biggest Little City in the World” has been our home now for over 10 years. During my time off, I like camping, gardening and reading.

Dawn – Jack of all trades/Master of all
The new technologies in our practice that make treatment faster and more comfortable for our patients are awesome! Watching our active patients become more confident as their smiles evolve makes my job exciting! The relationships that I have formed with our patients and my fellow team members will always be cherished. Dr. O’Gara really knows and cares for each and every one of his patients. (No lie) He is continually striving and working hard to achieve the BEST possible treatment results. Dr. O’Gara is very conscientious and will always do what’s right for every patient! I am married to my husband Tim for 20 years. I was born in Reno and have lived here my entire life! If not working …you can find me either on the ski slopes, camping or at a 49er game!

Danielle –Treatment Clinician
I am the mother of Mickenzee (10) and Kannan (3) and an extended mother to our family of patients! I am a graduate of Galena High School and a native of Reno. I enjoy all outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. Shopping is also at the top of my list! What sets our practice apart is that Dr. O’Gara and our team are perfectionist and that’s what you get as a patient here….Perfection! I love to watch our young patients grow into happy and outgoing adults as a result of their straight beautiful smiles! Our continuing education of leading edge technology in Orthodontics provides our patients with the best care. Working for Dr. O’Gara is a real pleasure and I am always impressed with the quality he provides to his patients.

Jodie–Treatment Clinician
My boyfriend Steve brought me to Reno five years ago from Idaho! I am a graduate of the American Institute of Technology and Dental Assisting program. One highlight of my job is working with a great team and having lots of fun together…not to mention all of the great laughs with our patients and their families. It is not hard working for the best, and for a doctor who really enjoys his patients! My hobbies are cooking, house boating and camping. When not at work, I am cheering for Boise or hanging out with my cats.

Kasey – Treatment Clinician
I love teeth!! I love to see the end results of our patient’s treatment and knowing that I had a part in helping them achieve a beautiful smile! The relationships that I formed with them during their treatment are the best. I recently joined the team with Dr. O’Gara. He is a perfectionist and the quality of orthodontic care he provides to his patients can’t be compared. He is the most amazing and caring orthodontist I’ve encountered in my 15 years of experience! I have lived here in Reno for past 10 years. I have two great kids; an 8 year old daughter Swae and a 5 year old son Seth. As a family, we like to camp, ride motorcycles, swim and do arts and crafts.

Eugene – Lab Technician
I was born and raised here in Reno. I am a big fan of boxing, football, soccer and baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves! I am relatively new to the orthodontic field and I find the process of changing patients’ teeth and smiles fascinating. Dr. O’Gara is awesome to work for period! He really cares about his patients and his employees. I enjoy all the people I work with as they are like a big family here. I look forward to learn all the new technologies and techniques Dr. O’Gara uses in his practice.

Ashley – Treatment Clinician
I was born and raised here in Reno, Nevada. After doing a bit of traveling, I returned to luckily secure a position in Dr. O’Gara’s orthodontic office. He is truly the best at what he does and I love having a part in the beautiful smiles he creates. His staff is also awesome! It’s like having a second family. When not working, I enjoy all sorts of activities such as camping, snowboarding and all star cheerleading (just to name a few). I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends and of course my little yorkie Kahmie.

Becky – Treatment Clinician
I am a recent transplant from Southern California and love the Reno/Tahoe area. I’m a photographer, hiker and skier as well as a big football and hockey fan! I have been in the dental field for over 19 years and enjoy the interaction with the patient and their families as they grow up with the practice. Seeing all the positive changes in the patients smile and confidence level are so exciting. I am happy to be working for Dr. O’Gara and his knowledgeable and fun team. They provide the highest quality of care to their patients.

Rosie – Sterilization/Records
I am a proud native Nevadan and a University of Nevada, Reno graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences. As a teen, I was a patient of Dr. O’Gara’s when I had my braces and now I’m his employee! I’ve been the most fortunate recipient of his professionalism and positive attitude from both the patient’s chair to now assisting him. You couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist or employer! Singing is my passion. I have tried out for American Idol and found out first hand what exactly happens behind the scenes! Spending time with my family is a top priority. After all, “Home means Nevada!”

Joe’s Orthodontic Lab
Joe Fanelli is the owner of Joe’s Orthodontic Lab and a native Nevadan, born in Elko. He has been an independent orthodontic lab technician since 1976. Joe and Dr. O’Gara have worked together for many years. To better serve our patients, Joe’s Lab is conveniently located inside of Dr. O’Gara’s office! His expertise, experience, and artistry are the reason Joe’s fabrications of appliances and retainers are excellent and second to none!
